Develop Proactive Programs Focused on Driver Training and Incentives for a Safer Fleet

Collisions, especially those involving injuries and death, can profoundly affect the fleet. Your fleet could be subject to litigation costs, settlements and judgements in the millions for vicarious liability, negligent hiring, and negligent supervision. You must be proactive regarding your fleet’s safety. 

Join this session, where driver trainer, and safety and compliance expert James Beaudoin will discuss how to conduct a needs analysis, develop training programs, and incentivize and promote safe driving within the fleet. James will introduce areas to analyze, incentives and training programs to develop and promote fleet safety.

In this session, you will learn how to conduct a needs analysis, develop a training program based on the needs identified and implement incentive programs which promote fleet safety. You will learn about programs that are proactive, rather than reactive in nature, which encompass needs analysis, offence record analysis, and telematics analysis so that you can properly direct your training efforts. You will also learn about fundamental due diligence principles.
