Learn How to Protect Your Company from Antiboycott Violations

If you particularly sell and export to certain countries in the Middle East, you must be concerned with requests that you structure the transaction in violation of the U.S. antiboycott laws. How do you respond to that? Also, how and when must you report such requests to the federal government?

This session with expert speaker Robin W. Grover will address the basic requirements of the primary U.S. antiboycott laws, the regulations that interpret and implement them, your obligations as a U.S. company and an exporter, and what to do if you discover a violation of these mandates. You will learn to adopt measures that will prevent violation of U.S. antiboycott and reporting requirements. Robin will provide you best practices for protecting you and your company from antiboycott violations and associated bad publicity.  You  will learn how to meet your recordkeeping mandates and how to deter the submission of requests that are reportable under the antiboycott laws.

By attending this session, you will learn to adopt and implement an inexpensive, efficient compliance program that protects you and your company from antiboycott violations and/or a failure to report antiboycott requests.
