Jeff Israel is the founding Principal of SatisFaction Strategies LLC, a consulting firm founded in 1991. SatisFaction Strategies specializes in customer-focused transformation, training, facilitation and satisfaction measurement. He has thirty years' experience with satisfaction measurement surveys and service quality research. For the last twenty years he has been advocating integrated approaches to improving customer satisfaction, employee engagement and service delivery processes.
Prior to founding SatisFaction Strategies, Jeff was a market research supplier. In that time he was Vice President at Market Trends, and Field Coordinator with Gilmore Research. Jeff earned his MBA from Washington State University. He has been active as a member-leader for ASQ's Customer Supplier Division since 1992, currently serving as Chair Elect. Jeff also facilitates customer-focused seminars for ASQ's Customer Supplier Division, and is a frequent speaker and trainer on a wide variety of customer satisfaction topics, writing and presenting seven papers at national and world quality conference venues.
