Dr. Atlas brings a unique and multi-disciplinary holistic approach to crime prevention and security design. His experience allows him to focus on what is causing the problems or loss, before immediately jumping into problem solving, as typically done by other consultants with technological solutions. Often many of the solutions that Dr. Atlas develops are operational and managerial, which have little or no capital improvement costs. Only when there is no other mitigation measures possible does Dr. Atlas develop architectural and technological solutions to the risks, threats and vulnerabilities to protect the facility assets.
