Kevin Reid is the Founder and CEO of the National Minority Trucking Association (NMTA). He brings over 21 years of sales, marketing and executive management experience to the transportation industry and NMTA which providing education, resources and strong representation to minority truckers across North America.
Kevin began his transportation career in sales and marketing for an Atlanta based courier company before launching Universal Courier where he served as CEO. Kevin then began serving as a go to consultant for minority start-up trucking firms. Kevin then went on to become the co-founder of an Atlanta based intermodal trucking company where he served as Sr. Vice President. While serving in various industry positions, Kevin was motivated to launch the National Minority Trucking Association as he discovered a void in the representation and educating of minorities in the trucking and transportation industry.
Kevin serves on the Logistics Council of the AMBCC and also as a committee member of the Small Business In Transportation Coalition (SBTC).
