Todd Williams is a member of Morgan Miller Blair's real estate, land use and environmental practice groups, where he focuses his practice on land use and development litigation and land use processing.
Todd represents a range of local agencies, real estate developers, and homebuilders in property entitlement processing and local government approvals; CEQA litigation and compliance; redevelopment and affordable housing; and real property litigation. He has also represented clients in matters concerning the Subdivision Map Act and the Cullen Earthquake Act.
Prior to joining Morgan Miller Blair, Todd was counsel in the Land Use group in the Walnut Creek office of Bingham McCutchen LLP. While at Bingham, he served on the firm’s associates’ and mergers committees, and received the senior associate mentor award. During law school, Todd worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marilyn Hall Patel in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Before law school, he worked as a sportswriter for the Contra Costa Times where he covered Stanford football and basketball, and the 1994 World Cup.
