John Ansbach is a nationally recognized speaker, facilitator and consultant. He is the President and Founder of the Generational Consulting Group, a generational dynamics consulting services firm based in Dallas, Texas. He is also the Vice President of RECON Intelligence Services (a real estate consulting firm), a visiting lecturer at the University of Texas School of Law and a permanent member of the Human Capital Institute expert panel in Dallas.
John is a cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics, as well as a minor in Speech Communications. He also earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas.
John is a successful attorney who worked for the better part of a decade in courtrooms across Texas as a trial lawyer serving clients in business and civil litigation. In 2001, John founded the Generational Consulting Group working with clients as a professional speaker, consultant, trainer and facilitator in the area of generational dynamics and diversity; he now speaks, trains and consults regularly on topics related to generational dynamics in the workplace, as well on general issues related to recruiting and retention, training and development, leadership, management, marketing, consumer service and a host of other mission critical topics.
In addition to his speaking and training engagements, John also contributes to various industry publications. Management Central, the human resource publication of the 28,000 member Houston Association of REALTORS® published his four-part series on generational management, featuring articles on managing generations X, Y, the Boomers and the Civics.
