Joseph L. Bianculli has practiced health care providers for nearly thirty twenty years. Bianculli represents health care providers in regulatory, managed care, and commercial cases throughout the United States. He has litigated numerous enforcement, certificate of need, reimbursement, commercial and antitrust cases for long term care and other facilities in courts and administrative agencies throughout the U.S. He is the author of the American Health Care Association's Long Term Care Managed Care Contracting Manual, co-author of the American Health Care Association's Medicare Managed Care Manual, and served on the Legal Committee of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging from 1993 to 1996. Bianculli recently was named by McKnight Publishing's Long Term Care News as one of the 100 most influential people in the long term care industry in the United States.
Bianculli graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University in 1975, and cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 1978, where he served as an Editor of The American Criminal Law Review.
