Get a Better Understanding of TRACS Reports and Learn How to Be Compliant

Understanding TRACS is a must for everyone that works with it. If you don't have 90% of your current recertification in TRACS, you will not receive your voucher request until you have reached that 90%. There also needs to be an understanding of the reports in TRACS and how to use them. In order to continue to receive voucher requests, you must know how to use TRACS. There are compliance issues that must be followed and, if not, voucher requests may be denied.

In this webinar, expert speaker Debbie Hixon will discuss the TRACS reports, help you understand them and tell you why they are important. This training will give you a better understanding and equip you with the knowledge to be TRACS compliant.

Plus, as a bonus for attending this session, you will get a summary of TRACS timeline, a copy of TRACS Multi-Family Move-Out Request Form and a copy of TRACS ROB.

Session Highlights:

  • How do I get started using TRACS?
  • Why access Certification Query and TRACS?
  • Why access the Voucher Query?
  • Why use the Tenant Unit Address Query?
  • What is the Cyber Awareness Challenge?

Who Should Attend
