This session with expert speaker Debbie Hixon will discuss how to continue to be in compliance with HUD, after a waiting list has been created. She will discuss how the Owner/Agent selects applicants from the waiting list in the required order by HUD rules and owner policies. She will include implementing screening reviews for credit history, rental history, criminal activity, etc.
