There are many challenges that professionals face around Microsoft Word “documentation”. One of the challenges with Word is the “need for speed” while maintaining the consistency of formatting requirements. There are also challenges of tracking changes during collaboration and editing of Word documents. Then there is the documenting of references used within the Word content itself. 

Last but not least, we will discuss document management systems. This webinar by expert speaker Mitzi Gibson Katz will offer suggestions for solutions to documentation issues and others that are drawn from common support calls and requested training topics. It will also discuss the various types of document management systems available for professionals.

This webinar has been written for people currently using Microsoft Word to take their Word skills to a higher level. The goal is to increase speed and ease of use, while improving consistency and design. While work is done on the techniques that are document specific, features for general document management through Word have also been integrated. This webinar will be presented using Word 2013 but is appropriate for 2007 – 2016. This webinar will cover topics applicable to any business tasked with creating professional documentation rapidly.
