New OSHA Guidelines and Compliance Requirements under the Trump Administration

The tides of change have come to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) since the election of Donald Trump. In the recent years, OSHA's regulations have been based on shaming employers who made significant violations and increasing regulations all in the name of protecting the American workers.
