You will learn ways to immediately spot violations in your workplace and how it can be corrected to OSHA standards. Moreover, you will be given information concerning the defense against citation, compliance strategies and the most constant violations. You will learn how to obtain a free playbook copy used by every safety and compliance officer and tips for learning its content.
This session will also provide you with practical steps to an effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program (I2P2) as an instrument to get your company to compliance after a citation. Additionally, it will also go through steps to reduce fines through an informal conference with OSHA.
