It’s a typical day at work, and an OSHA Auditor knocks on the front door. Beginning August 1, 2016, OSHA decided to increase its fine amounts for the first time in over 25 years. If cited, OSHA could fine the company up to $124,709 per individual willful or repeated violation. The period for repeat violations is now expanded to five years, up from three.
Are you ready to wow the OSHA Auditor with your Environmental Health and Safety management system?
This session by expert speaker Natalia Olive will offer insights on the building blocks that make up a robust EHSMS ensuring compliance and going above and beyond. In a fully interactive conversation, Natalia will review the steps of an OSHA inspection and how best to handle each stage of the process. She will also review the list of records and other documentation you should plan to keep at your fingertips to respond promptly.
Please plan to bring your own experience and insights to share with the group, as this will be fully interactive with multiple opportunities for you to offer your thoughts.
