Prepare to Manage Your Audit Programs More Time and Cost-Effectively

The ISO 19011 has been revised and released as a 2018 Guideline for Auditing Management Systems. While its use is not mandatory, management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 list it as part of the internal audit clause. Given the value audit programs provide in helping organizations to achieve their objectives, it is important for auditors of management systems to understand the opportunities they can leverage from this audit program.

In this webinar, industry expert Duke Okes will walk you through the most important additions to the 2018 edition of ISO 19011, and bring you up to speed with the most significant (as well as lesser known aspects) of audit program management from a strategic perspective. Okes will show you how to assess your current audit programs, set objectives and measure results, and provide valuable insights on the links between intent, results, and professional judgment. You’ll also learn about auditing context, risk-based thinking, and leadership and commitment; virtual/remote/e-audits; and what’s missing in the 2018 edition.

After attending this session, you’ll be able to utilize ISO 19011 more effectively, and know how efficiently your current audit programs are performing.
