Learn to Use pFMEA Throughout the Process Lifecycle to Reduce Process Failures

Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is the most comprehensive qualitative risk assessment tool.  However, it can also be burdensome, for while the traditional FMEA is widely used, what organizations actually get out of it is often far less than what could be achieved. Understanding how to apply it in different ways can help overcome these deficiencies, and provide a mechanism for ensuring that process and organizational objectives will be achieved more consistently.

Join this session with expert speaker Duke Okes, who will present the typical format for conducting a pFMEA and how it can be used throughout the process lifecycle for reducing process failures. Duke will also present other options on how to apply the concepts of FMEA for those organizations that are not mandated to use the traditional format.

Session Highlights

  • Connections between risk management and pFMEA
