Closed Loop Manufacturing, as part of Quality 4.0, interconnects CAD and manufacturing to reduce defects and provide powerful problem solving tools. The application of this process utilizes automated collection and analysis of data, while applying model-based definition practices to correlate design and manufacturing processes.

In this session by industry veteran Benjamin Reese you will learn about the Closed Loop Manufacturing process and how automotive OEM’s are using it to improve product quality while reducing costs. You will learn how major OEM’s apply Closed Loop Manufacturing to reduce their costs and make their production more efficient.
