Review Basic Requirements of Certain Laws and How Those Affect Workplace Wellness Programs

This seminar will give attendees real-world examples of workplace wellness situations and help attendees learn from those situations so that they can design and implement a compliant wellness program. Through problem-solving case studies, attendees will review compliance mistakes concerning HIPAA, ACA, GINA, ADA, FLSA, data privacy and tax laws. Participants will learn how to use those laws to build a better workplace wellness program.

This webinar will view compliance education from a problem-solving angle. Attendees will learn about the pertinent workplace wellness laws through a series of case examples that will highlight common workplace wellness program compliance pitfalls. Each case study will offer participants an opportunity to review the basic requirements of HIPAA, ACA, GINA, ADA, FLSA, data privacy, and tax laws as those laws pertain to workplace wellness programs. Participants will learn how to apply those laws to workplace wellness programs.
