Understand the Current Federal and State Level Requirements for Overtime Pay and the Impact of Potential Changes in Regulations.

On March 13, 2014 a presidential memorandum was issued by President Obama to the Department of Labor, instructing the DOL to review overtime regulations and make appropriate updates so more Americans will be applicable to overtime pay.
