Then, there were the inevitable lawsuits attacking the drastic changes and a change to a new administration that has resulted in the current administration reviewing and revamping the changes. As with any new administration, goals and ideas often shift, and the Trump administration has not proven to be any different. What can we expect from the Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in 2018?
