Prepare your Strategic Planning and Budget Planning under the New Administration

During the final days of the Obama administration, there was a flurry of activity with regulations being finalized and executive orders being issued. Then, there were the inevitable lawsuits attacking the drastic changes and a change to a new administration that has resulted in the current administration reviewing and revamping the changes. As with any new administration, goals and ideas often shift, and the Trump administration has not proven to be any different. What can we expect from the Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in 2018?

Trying to predict the issues that the government considers important (and thus more likely to audit your company or to file suit) can be a daunting task – particularly when the government has changed leadership. Prediction is key, however, to keeping your company out of court and to preparing your budget for the foreseeable future. In this session, expert speaker Susan Fahey Desmond will discuss the known key issues for our current administration and what to expect in the future. This session will assist you with your long term strategic planning and budget planning in light of the government’s strategic planning and regulatory agenda.
