Some Affirmative Action Compliance Tips and Trends for 2017

Federal Contractors beware, the OFCCP has been busy issuing Agency Interpretations and requirements at break neck speed, and every employer should be ready for increased scrutiny in the coming year. Affirmative action affects more than you think, and you may want to take note because since 2012, affirmative action as we know it has dramatically changed.
