ACA Requirements for Employers

Affordable Care Act was signed into law by President Obama on March 23, 2010, and ever since employers have been grappling with how to comply with the new regulations and requirements. The law changed how companies provided benefits, calculated payroll tax and most of all the new reporting requirements that must be followed.

Join payroll expert Dayna J. Reum, CPP, FPC in an information-packed session to review the new Form 1094 and 1095, who should report each one of them, and the timing of when they need to be completed. She will shed light on the ACA requirements that affect employers around new taxes and when they need to be withheld and remitted.
