New 2017 Construction General Permit and Complying with EPA’s New Stormwater Pollution Permit.

The EPA reviews and improves the requirements for runoff from large construction projects every four years. The present 2012 Construction General Permit (CGP) is set to expire on February 16, 2017, when the 2017 GCP will be in effect.

Do your company understand what these changes will mean for your projects? These changes may increase the resources, time and effort needed to comply with stormwater management obligations.  New regulations also mean enforcement action risks from permitting agencies and potential for debilitating enforcement issues and hefty fines.

Join Attorney Tamar Cerafici for a discussion about Green Infrastructure practices and compliance with EPA’s new stormwater pollution permit. You’ll learn about the permit programs, and how you can make the case for “greening” your compliance program.

Don’t miss this fast-paced, interactive seminar. You’ll learn compliance strategies for the coming year and build on knowledge you already have!
