Practical Insights on Implementing New FDA Labeling Regulations and Managing the Requirements

Labeling issues can cost a company money in packaging errors, enforcement letters from FDA or even a mandatory recall if products are incorrectly labeled. It is important to understand the regulations, where to find the information, and what is coming with the new regulations. In 20 years, we have not seen such a sweeping change to the regulations as we have now written into law.

Join this session by Natasha Rowley-Phipps, where she will review all of the drastic changes against the 90’s regulation that you must prepare for. The session will discuss a practical approach to implementing the changes and managing the new requirements. It will further discuss the current situation of the new regulations.

The political landscape appears to be influencing new rulings and could potentially affect implementation. Natasha will discuss this aspect as well interest groups that have been vocal in light of this new ruling. There may be a delay in the implementation of these rules. While delays may happen, it is important to catch this webinar and to stay informed. You will leave the session with a knowledge of the topic, resources within the government websites, and reference presentation to use.
