Identifying, Responding and Mitigating Social Media Issues in the Retail Industry.

Social media in employment is certainly a hot button topic. And there are a ton of seminars out there on the issue. But all seminars are not created equal. This one is specifically designed to address social media issues perplexing the retail industry and will cover policies and procedures, employee conduct, management conduct, and executive-level requirements for dealing with social media issues.

This training session will be presented by expert speaker Sara Hutchins Jodka, who has significant experience with social media law and has been recognized for her work by various outlets and publications. She is currently serving as an Observer to the Uniform Legislation Commission Social Media Drafting Committee, which will be drafting a uniform law regarding social media.
