Learn about Managing Expectations for Design and Construction and Achieving Internal Outcomes and Project Goals while Avoiding Scope Creep.

Whatever your role in the construction project delivery team, ensuring client satisfaction and intended outcomes are achieved is a tall order. Managing expectations of a project start well before the design and construction teams are selected. First, the owner must know what they want and communicate the intended outcome.

In order to do that, subject matter experts (SMEs) must be engaged to develop program requirements. Those program requirements are then translated into performance requirements for the design team, who produces drawings and specifications for a contractor. The contracting team must understand the documents as well as have a general understanding of the Owner's intended outcomes for the project.

This webinar by expert speaker Eileen Englert will give you all the information needed to manage expectations within a project for the owner, design and construction teams and ensure client satisfaction. Attendees will understand how to avoid scope creep and manage the project and understand how to achieve goals and intended outcomes.
