Analyzing and Preventing Possible Causes of Delay from Affecting Project Schedule

When delays to a project occur, questions arise as to whether and to what extent, events impact the project schedule, and what, if any, relief should be afforded as a result. This presentation demonstrates the elements of a credible schedule delay analysis, provides an overview of various forensic schedule delay analysis methodologies and identifies common disagreements in delay analyses.

Join the webinar by expert speakers Emily Federico and Steve Pitaniello as they identify the most common disagreements concerning a delay analysis, as well as deal with the ‘correct way’ to analyze delay.
