After teaching a variety of special education classes in Kansas, Montana, and Alaska for the early part of her career, Mitzi became interested in technology as the first personal computers were introduced to the market. "It's the people part of the business that keeps me involved. I love learning and teaching, and the most fun I've had professionally has been working with students as 'the light comes on.' I have always prided myself in offering 'gentle' instruction with the goal of helping the student capture and retain the information. When I'm not teaching, I can be found in the garden, hiking, bicycling and skiing with my family in Colorado."
