Are there discounts for multiple users in my office?

Yes! When you register for one of our audioconferences your registration covers all the staff you can invite on one phone line. Discounts are available for multiple line purchases and for CDs or print transcripts purchased with the live audio conference.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellations, Substitutions and Refund Policy:
If you are not able to attend for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Conference cancellations received 24 hours prior to the start time of the audio conference are fully refundable.
Cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee if mae within 24 hours of the conference time. Substitutions are permitted to avoid the $25 processing fee.

What if I cannot attend the live audioconferences?

Each program is available as an audio CD, print transcript or downloadable MP3

How long will it take to receive my audio product?

CDs generally take 2-3 weeks to be delivered once the live program takes place. You will also receive the full packet of conference materials with your product.

How long will it take to receive my print transcript?

Transcripts are generally delivered within 4-6 weeks after the live program takes place. You will also receive the full packet of conference materials with your product.

How-to attend a Live Conference

How do I register for an audioconference?

We have a few ways you can register for your audioconference:

1. ONLINE: Register through our secure website
2. PHONE: Call (866) 574-1964 and speak to a customer service representative.
3. FAX: Complete an order form and fax it to (866) 574-1996
4. MAIL: Complete an order form and mail it to the address shown

When and how will I receive information on how to participate in the program?

Dial in instructions and a link to download the program materials are emailed to the email address on the account that ordered the audioconference 2 days prior to the program.

If you are ordering within 2 days before the program, your customer relations representative will give you this information over the phone or via email.

If you are ordering on the web within 2 days before the program, you will receive an email with this information soon after your order and credit card is verified.

**PLEASE NOTE**: If for any reason you do not receive your dial-in information or welcome kit instructions 2 days prior to the conference, please call us immediately at 866-1964.
